Common use of Terrorist Attacks Clause in Contracts

Terrorist Attacks. Terrorist attacks in the USA have, at times, caused major instability in the U.S. financial markets. These attacks and any response on behalf of the United States Government may lead to further armed hostilities or to further acts of terrorism in the USA, which may cause a renewed decline in the financial markets and may contribute to a renewed decline in overall economic conditions. These events may cause disruption in the Company’s business and operations including reductions in demand for its products. To the extent the USA experiences an economic downturn, unusual economic patterns and unprecedented behaviors in financial markets, such developments may affect the Company’s ability to obtain additional financing.
