Common use of Terms Unenforceable Clause in Contracts

Terms Unenforceable. If any part of this Agreement shall be found in any action, suit or proceeding to be invalid or ineffective, the validity and effect of the remaining parts (as construed without regard to such invalid and ineffective part) shall not be affected.
