Terms Survive. All agreements, representations, warranties, and covenants made by Viking shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the Loan Documents and shall continue in full force and effect so long as any obligation to the Investor contemplated by this Agreement is outstanding and unpaid and thereafter as herein provided.
