Terms Schedule. This Terms Schedule is a part of the Loan Agreement, dated as of March 7, 2023 (as amended by the First Amendment), among Pinstripes, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Silverview Credit Partners LP, as Agent for the Lenders from time to time party thereto, and the Lenders party thereto from time to time (as at any time amended, restated, amended and restated, modified or supplemented, the “Loan Agreement”). Capitalized terms used in this Terms Schedule, unless otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Definitions Schedule annexed to the Loan Agreement.
