Common use of Terms of the guarantee Clause in Contracts

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 September 2022 and end on 29 September 2023. In respect of the above arrangement, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000) which is payable on 30 September 2022. Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantors.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 September 2022 14 October 2021 and end on 29 September 202313 October 2022. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 RMB30,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$36,180) which is payable on 30 September 2022. Counter-guarantee The obligation by twelve equal instalments of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsRMB2,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,015).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 September 2022 3 March 2023 and end on 29 September 20233 March 2024. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 RMB35,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$39,550) which is payable on 30 September 2022by twelve equal instalments of RMB2,917 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,296). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsGuarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 26 September 2022 2021 and end on 29 24 September 20232022. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 RMB50,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$60,250) which is payable on 30 September 2022. Counter-guarantee The obligation by twelve equal instalments of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsRMB4,167 each (equivalent to approximately HK$5,021).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 23 September 2022 and end on 29 23 September 2023. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 RMB50,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$55,500) which is payable on 30 September 2022by twelve equal instalments of RMB4,167 each (equivalent to approximately HK$4,625). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by the (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsGuarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 September 27 June 2022 and end on 29 September 27 June 2023. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 RMB150,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$175,500) which is payable on 30 September 2022by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsGuarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 September 2022 22 October 2021 and end on 29 September 202321 October 2022. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 RMB20,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$24,320) which is payable on 30 September 2022. Counter-guarantee The obligation by twelve equal instalments of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsRMB1,667 each (equivalent to approximately HK$2,027).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 9 September 2022 2021 and end on 29 7 September 20232022. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 RMB20,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$24,080) which is payable on 30 September 2022. Counter-guarantee The obligation by twelve equal instalments of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsRMB1,667 each (equivalent to approximately HK$2,007).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 September 2022 19 January 2020 and end on 29 September 202318 January 2021. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee fees of RMB200,000 RMB40,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$45,200) which is payable on 30 September 2022. Counter-guarantee The obligation by twelve equal monthly instalments of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsRMB3,333.33 each (equivalent to approximately HK$3,766.66).

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 30 September 2022 6 March 2023 and end on 29 September 20236 March 2024. In respect of the above arrangementarrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB200,000 RMB90,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$222,000HK$101,700) which is payable on 30 September 2022by twelve equal instalments of RMB7,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$8,475). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual GuarantorsGuarantor.
