Common use of Terms; Headings Clause in Contracts

Terms; Headings. The words "Guarantor" and "Tenant" as used herein shall include the plural as well as the singular. The word used in neuter gender include the masculine and feminine genders, and words used in the masculine or feminine gender include the opposite gender as well as the neuter. The headings or titles to the Articles or Sections of this Guaranty are not a part of this Guaranty and shall have no effect upon the construction or interpretation of any part hereof.
