Common use of Terms; Headings Clause in Contracts

Terms; Headings. The words "LANDLORD" and "TENANT" as used herein shall include the plural, as well as the singular. The words used in neuter gender include the masculine and feminine and words in the masculine or feminine gender include the neuter. If there is more than one tenant, the obligations hereunder imposed upon Tenant shall be joint and several. The headings or titles of this Lease shall have no effect upon the construction or interpretation of any part hereof.
