Terms Defined in the Code. Terms (whether or not capitalized) defined in the Code which are not otherwise defined in this Agreement are used herein as defined in the Code as in effect on the date hereof.
Terms Defined in the Code. The following terms shall have the meaning set forth in Article 9 of the Code: “Commodity Account” and “Deposit Account”. The following terms shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8 of the Code: “Securities Accounts” and “Security”. “Control” shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8 or, if applicable, in Section 9-104, 9-105, 9-106 or 9-107 of Article 9 of the Code.
