Terms Defined by Reference. For all purposes of this Thirty-First Supplemental Indenture, except as herein otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined in Sections 1.2 to 1.37 hereof shall have the meanings specified in such Sections, and all other terms which are defined in the Original Indenture (including those defined by reference to the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended, or the Securities Act of 1933, as amended) shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Original Indenture.
