TERMS APPLYING AFTER TERMINATION. If this Agreement is terminated or expires, the terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply to the Products then owned, possessed or controlled by Distributor. Termination of this Agreement will not release either party from any obligation accrued prior to the effective date of termination.
