TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ADDITIONAL PREMISES. From and after the date of delivery of the Additional Premises to Tenant, Tenant shall hold and occupy the Premises and Additional Premises upon all of the terms and conditions of the Lease as amended by this Amendment and, in the event of any inconsistency between the Lease and this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall control as to the Additional Premises.
