TERMINATIONS UNDER SECTION. 13. This Agreement shall terminate at such time as all of the generating units located at the Station are terminated by ComEd in accordance with Section 13, PROVIDED THAT, the provisions of Sections 6(e) (Fuel Source and Emissions), 6(f) (Records), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Disagreements), 14 (Default, Termination and Remedies), and 16 (Indemnification) shall survive such termination.
