Common use of Termination Warning Clause in Contracts

Termination Warning. Similar to probation in that it is time-limited and provides an explanation of the breach of the SPA, as well as a required steps for improvement. The Termination Warning is one last opportunity for CHN to provide warning and counsel to a student in an attempt to avoid dismissal from the Program. The student is informed that this is their final warning.
