Termination Services. the services and activities to be performed by the Service Provider pursuant to the Exit Plan, including those activities listed in clause 39.13 and any other services required pursuant to the Termination Assistance Notice. Transferred Equipment: any equipment which is to be transferred in accordance with clause 10 and as more particularly specified in Schedule 1 (Specification).
