The Government may terminate this Lease, in whole or in part, at any time, effective after the firm term of this Lease by providing not less than 120 days’ prior written notice to the Lessor. The effective date of the termination shall be the day following the expiration of the required notice period or the termination date set forth in the notice, whichever is later. No rental shall accrue after the effective date of termination.

TERMINATION RIGHTS (AUG 2011. The rental obligations of the Government under this lease and any options executed under this lease shall be subject to the availability of funds appropriated by Congress, which the Government may legally spend for such purposes and nothing in this lease implies that Congress will appropriate funds to perform this lease. If appropriations by Congress are not received this lease shall be cancelled in it’s entirety upon written notice of non- appropriation by the Government to the Lessor. Said notice shall be computed commencing with the date of mailing and no rent shall accrue after the effective date of cancellation. The Government may terminate this Lease, in whole or in part, at any time, effective after the firm term of this Lease by providing not less than 60 days’ prior written notice to the Lessor. The effective date of the termination shall be the day following the expiration of the required notice period or the termination date set forth in the notice, whichever is later. No rental shall accrue after the effective date of termination.
