Termination Related to Cause or Voluntary Termination. If your employment is terminated pursuant to Section 6.3, or you resign voluntarily pursuant to Section 6.5, the Company shall pay you, or shall cause to be paid to you: (i) your full Base Salary and accrued vacation pay through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect at the time Notice of Termination is given; plus (ii) any benefits or awards (including both the cash and stock components) which pursuant to the terms of any plans have been earned or become payable, but which have not yet been paid to you and shall be payable in accordance with their terms (collectively, such (i) and (ii) being the “Accrued Rights”), and the Company shall have no further obligations to you under this Agreement.
