Termination Other Than Expiration of Term. 7.1 If a Party commits a material breach of this Agreement (“Defaulting Party”), the other Party may notify the Defaulting Party in writing of such failure. If the Defaulting Party does not make a written objection as to whether a material breach has occurred or fails to cure such material breach within ten (10) days of the receipt of the foregoing notice from the other Party then the other Party may terminate this Agreement.
