Common use of Termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments Clause in Contracts

Termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments. On the Maturity Date of any Class of Revolving Credit Commitments, such Revolving Credit Commitments will terminate and the respective Lenders who held such terminated Commitments will have no obligation to make, or participate in, extensions of credit (whether the making of Loans or the issuance of Letters of Credit) made pursuant to such Commitments after such Maturity Date; provided that, except as expressly provided in the immediately succeeding sentence, (x) the foregoing shall not release any Revolving Credit Lender from liability it may have for its failure to fund Revolving Credit Loans, L/C Advances or participations in Swing Line Loans that was required to be performed by it on or prior to such Maturity Date and (y) the foregoing will not release any Revolving Credit Lender from any obligation to fund its portion of L/C Advances or participations in Swing Line Loans with respect to Letters of Credit issued or Swing Line Loans made prior to such Maturity Date.
