TERMINATION OF THE PAYING AGENT AND SUB-SERVICERS. (a) Each of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Primary Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Trustee shall terminate, in accordance with the related sub-servicing agreement, any Sub-Servicer with which it has entered into such sub-servicing agreement, and the Master Servicer shall terminate the Primary Servicer in accordance with the terms of the Primary Servicing Agreement, if such Sub-Servicer or the Primary Servicer, as the case may be, is in breach of any of its obligations under such sub-servicing agreement or the Primary Servicing Agreement, as the case may be, whose purpose is to facilitate compliance by the Depositor of the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act or with the provisions of Regulation AB and the related rules and regulations of the Commission.
