Termination of the Agreement by the Network User. The Network User may terminate this Agreement by giving prior written notice to the Balancing Operator and under the condition that all the Services subscribed under the STA and/or CCF and for which, according to Article 6 of this Agreement, the adherence to and due performance under this Agreement is required, have been terminated or have ended.
