Common use of Termination of Supplement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Supplement. This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 2011-3 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 2011-3 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 2011-3 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Series 2011-3 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 2011-3 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 2.8(i).

Termination of Supplement. This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 20112023-3 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20112023-3 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 20112023-3 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Multi-Series 2011-3 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 20112023-3 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 2.8(i).

This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 20112023-3 4 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20112023-3 4 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 20112023-3 4 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Multi-Series 2011-3 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 20112023-3 4 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 2.8(i).

Termination of Supplement. This Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when all outstanding Series 2011-3 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 2011-3 2 Notes which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, ABRCF has paid all sums payable hereunder, and, if the Series 2011-3 2 Demand Note Payment Amount on the Series 2011-3 2 Letter of Credit Termination Date was greater than zero, all amounts have been withdrawn from the Series 2011-3 2 Cash Collateral Account in accordance with Section 2.8(i).
