Common use of Termination of Settlement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Settlement. 92. After confirmatory discovery, this Settlement may be terminated by either Class Counsel or Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Bank prior to the Effective Date by serving on counsel for the opposing Party and filing with the Court a written notice of termination within fifteen (15) days (or such longer time as may be agreed in writing between Class Counsel and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Bank) after any of the following occurrences:

Termination of Settlement. 92109. After confirmatory discoveryPrior to the Effective Date, but not after the Effective Date, this Settlement may be terminated by either Settlement Class Counsel or Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Bank prior to the Effective Date Chase by serving on counsel for the opposing Party and filing with the Court a written notice of termination within fifteen twenty one (1521) calendar days (or such longer time as may be agreed in writing between Settlement Class Counsel and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx BankChase) after any of the following occurrences, provided the terminating party complies with Sections V, X and XVII and Paragraph 134:
