Termination of Service for Cause. Upon the Participant’s termination of service with the Company and its Subsidiaries for Cause prior to the TSR Vesting Date or the FCF Vesting Date, the unvested portion, if any, of the Participant’s Performance Award shall be forfeited as of the date of such termination of service.
