Common use of Termination of Series Supplement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 2013-A Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 2013-A Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 2013-A Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 2013-A B Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 2013-A B Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 2013-A B Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 2013-A B Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A B Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132009-A 1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132009-A 1 Notes that which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 20132009-A 1 Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 20132009-A 1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all the Outstanding Series 2013-A Notes G1 Note theretofore authenticated and issued have has been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 2013-A Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, and (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 2013-A Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zerohereunder.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 20132022-A 4 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132022-A 4 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132022-A 4 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 20132022-A 5 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132022-A 5 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132022-A 5 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 20132021-A 1 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132021-A 1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132021-A 1 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 20132021-A 2 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132021-A 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132021-A 2 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 20132022-A 3 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132022-A 3 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132022-A 3 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 20132022-A 1 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132022-A 1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132022-A 1 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132011-A 1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132011-A 1 Notes that which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Demand Note Payment Class A/B Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero or and the Series 2013-A Class A/B Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132009-A 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132009-A 2 Notes that which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-Class A Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132010-A 1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132010-A 1 Notes that which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 20132010-A Demand Note Payment 1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero or and the Series 20132010-A 1 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 20132018-A 1 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132018-A 1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132018-A 1 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132010-A 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132010-A 2 Notes that which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 20132010-A 2 Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 20132010-A 2 Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 20132023-A 2 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132023-A 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132023-A 2 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

(a) This Series 20132023-A 3 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132023-A 3 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132023-A 3 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II III has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 2013-A Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 2013-A Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder and (iii) the Series 166 2013-A Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 20132016-A 2 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132016-A 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132016-A 2 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132019-A 1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132019-A 1 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II the Master Issuer has paid all sums payable hereunder and and, without duplication (iiiiv) the Series 2013-A Demand Note Payment Amount is equal conditions set forth in Section 12.1(c) of the Base Indenture have been satisfied with respect to zero or the Series 20132019-A Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero1 Notes.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 2013-A Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132009-A 2 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132009-A 2 Notes that which have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-Class A Demand Note Payment Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero or and the Series 2013-A Class B Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.

Termination of Series Supplement. (a) This Series 20132016-A 1 Supplement shall cease to be of further effect when (i) all Outstanding Series 20132016-A 1 Notes theretofore authenticated and issued have been delivered (other than destroyed, lost, or stolen Series 20132016-A 1 Notes that have been replaced or paid) to the Trustee for cancellation, (ii) HVF II has paid all sums payable hereunder hereunder, and (iii) the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Demand Note Payment Amount is equal to zero or the Series 2013-A Class A/B/C/D Letter of Credit Liquidity Amount is equal to zero.
