Common use of Termination of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Termination of Security Interest. Upon the payment in full of all Obligations, the security interest granted herein shall terminate and all rights to the Collateral shall revert to Company. Upon such termination Collateral Agent hereby authorizes Company to file any UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and Collateral Agent will execute and deliver to Company any additional documents or instruments as Company shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.

Termination of Security Interest. Upon the payment in full of all ObligationsObligations (other than inchoate indemnity obligations), the security interest granted herein shall terminate and all rights to the Collateral shall revert to Company. Upon such termination Collateral Agent termination, the Secured Parties hereby authorizes authorize Company to file any UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and Collateral Agent the Secured Parties will execute and deliver to Company any additional documents or instruments as Company shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.

Upon the payment in full of all Secured Obligations, the security interest granted herein shall terminate and all rights to the Collateral shall revert to CompanyCompany and the Lender shall as soon as reasonably possible following such termination deliver a Termination of Deposit Account Control Agreement in respect of all Deposit Accounts. Upon such termination Collateral Agent Lender hereby authorizes Company to file any UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and Collateral Agent Lender will execute and deliver to Company any additional documents or instruments as Company shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.. Upon such termination the Collateral Agent and Secured Parties hereby authorizes authorize each Company to file any UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and the Collateral Agent will and Secured Parties shall, at such Company’s expense, execute and deliver to each Company any additional documents or instruments as such Company shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.

Upon such termination Collateral Agent hereby authorizes Company Debtor to file any UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and Collateral Agent will execute and deliver to Company Debtor any additional documents or instruments as Company Debtor shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.

Upon the payment in full of all ObligationsObligations and the cancellation, termination or conversion of the Debenture, the security interest granted herein shall terminate and all rights to the Collateral shall revert to the Company. Upon such termination Collateral Agent the Investor hereby authorizes the Company to file any UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and Collateral Agent will the Investor will, at the Company’s expense, execute and deliver to the Company any additional documents or instruments as the Company shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.

Upon such termination Collateral Agent hereby authorizes Company to file any shall, upon the request and at the expense of Company, forthwith release all of its liens and security interests hereunder and shall execute and deliver all UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and Collateral Agent will execute and deliver to and/or other documents reasonably requested by Company any additional documents or instruments as Company shall reasonably request to evidence evidencing such termination.

Upon such termination Collateral Agent hereby authorizes Company to file any UCC termination statements necessary to effect such termination and Collateral Agent will will, at Company’s expense, execute and deliver to Company any additional documents or instruments as Company shall reasonably request to evidence such termination.
