Common use of Termination of Reporting Obligation Clause in Contracts

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The Issuer’s obligations under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Issuer shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5.

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The Issuer’s obligations under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the Series 2018 Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Series 2018 Bonds, the Issuer shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event Notice under Section 5.

The Issuer’s obligations under of the Successor Agency and the Dissemination Agent specified in this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Issuer Successor Agency shall give notice of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 55(a).

The Issuer’s obligations under this Disclosure Agreement with respect to an issue of Bonds shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption redemption, or payment in full of all Bonds of the Bonds. If such termination occurs prior to issue or if the Rule shall be revoked or rescinded by the Commission or declared invalid by a final maturity decision of the Bonds, the Issuer shall give notice a court of such termination in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 5competent jurisdiction.

Termination of Reporting Obligation. The Issuer’s 's and the Dissemination Agent's obligations under this Disclosure Agreement shall terminate upon the legal defeasance, prior redemption or payment in full of all of the Bonds. If such termination or substitution occurs prior to the final maturity of the Bonds, the Issuer shall give notice of such termination or substitution in the same manner as for a Listed Event under Section 56(e).
