Common use of Termination of Remarketing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Remarketing Agreement. Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof and except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from the date hereof until the first day after the date on which no Debentures are outstanding, or, if earlier, the Business Day immediately following the earlier of (i) the Reset Effective Date or (ii) the Purchase Contract Settlement Date. Notwithstanding any such termination, the obligations set forth in Section 3 and Section 8 hereof shall survive and remain in full force and effect until all amounts payable under said Section 3 and Section 8 shall have been paid in full. In addition, each former Remarketing Agent and Reset Agent shall be entitled to the rights and benefits, and subject to the obligations, under Section 8 hereof, notwithstanding any such termination or the replacement or resignation of such Remarketing Agent or Reset Agent.

Termination of Remarketing Agreement. In addition, each former Remarketing Agent and Reset Agent shall be entitled to the rights and benefits, and subject to the obligations, under Section 8 hereof, notwithstanding any such termination or the replacement or resignation of such Remarketing Agent or Reset Agent.

Termination of Remarketing Agreement. Notwithstanding any such termination, the obligations set forth in Section 3 2 (insofar as such Section relates to the payment of the Remarketing Fee) and Section 8 3 hereof shall survive and remain in full force and effect until all amounts payable under said Section 3 and Section 8 such Sections shall have been paid in full. In addition, each former Remarketing Agent and Reset Agent shall be entitled to the rights and benefits, benefits under Sections 9 and subject to the obligations, under Section 8 hereof, 10 of this Agreement notwithstanding any such termination or the replacement or resignation of such Remarketing Agent or Reset Agent.
