Termination of Remarketing Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate as to the Remarketing Agent on the effective date of its replacement pursuant to Section 4(a) hereof or pursuant to Section 4(b) hereof. Notwithstanding any such termination, the obligations set forth in Section 3 hereof shall survive and remain in full force and effect until all amounts payable under said Section 3 shall have been paid in full.
