Termination of Purchase Agreement by the Underwriters. The Underwriters may terminate at their absolute discretion (except for Paragraph 9(f) below which termination shall be at their reasonable discretion) their obligations under this Purchase Agreement by notification to the Issuer in writing of their election to do so between the date hereof and the Closing Date, inclusive, if at any time hereafter and prior to and including the Closing Date:
