Termination of Exploration License. This exploration license shall terminate two (2) years from the Effective date, unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties. Xxxxx shall have the right to terminate the License at any time and shall, upon delivery of a termination notice to Owners, be relieved of all further obligations after termination date.
