Termination of Expense Reimbursement Provisions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any predecessor to this Agreement, Xxxxxx US agrees that it shall not be entitled to be reimbursed for any expenses that Amundi US or Amundi Distributor US has waived or limited.
