Termination of Agreement Where the Subscriber Receives. Advance Payments of the Premium Tax Credit. If CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange does not receive the overdue Premium by the end of the three (3) month grace period set forth in Section 3.2B, the Agreement, and the enrollment of the Subscriber and any Dependents, shall be terminated as the last day of the first month of the three (3) month grace period set forth in Section 3.2.B. The Subscriber will be liable for the full cost of all services or benefits received by any Member on or after the date of termination except as provided in this Agreement.
