Common use of Termination of Agreement by CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange Clause in Contracts

Termination of Agreement by CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange. CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange may terminate the Agreement or the enrollment of a Subscriber and/or a Dependent under the following circumstances by providing the Subscriber at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the last day of coverage:
