Termination Long Stop. If Termination Long Stop is specified as applicable in the Annex then, if a Relevant Event occurs with respect to a Derivatives Transaction and such Derivatives Transaction remains subject to this Agreement and outstanding on the applicable Termination Long Stop Date, then Party A will be deemed to have delivered a notice to Party B in accordance with Section 3(b) on such Termination Long Stop Date and the remainder of Section 3(b) will apply accordingly.
