Termination for Non-Funding. In the event that budgeted funds to finance this Agreement are reduced, terminated, or otherwise become unavailable, City may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Vendor without penalty or expense to City. City shall be the final authority as to the availability of budgeted funds.
