TERMINATION FEE SCHEDULE. Due to cost of programing delivery in stages and milestones, termination is subject to a fee schedule. Exhibit A includes the costs as associated with delivered programing specific to the signed phase of Action For Equity. Discounts will be taken into consideration across the Termination Schedule.
