Termination/Debarment. Without limiting COUNTY’S available rights under any other provision of this Agreement, if FRANCHISEE fails to cure a default within ten days of COUNTY notice, COUNTY may: (1) terminate this Agreement under Subsection B, and (2) pursue debarment of FRANCHISEE pursuant to County Code Chapter 2.206 and Subsection C. E. Convenience.
