Termination by VRC with Cause. This Agreement may be terminated by VRC upon a material breach of any provision of this Agreement by Practice that is not cured within sixty (60) days after written notice is given to Practice specifying the nature of the alleged breach or upon any change in law or regulation that would inure to the detriment of VRC.
