Termination by Ultra: Change in Control. (A) Ultra may terminate Executive’s employment following, upon, or in anticipation of a Change in Control; provided that if Ultra elects to do so, then Ultra shall provide written notice to Executive specifying that Ultra is terminating Executive’s employment following, upon, or in anticipation of a Change in Control, as applicable, and specifying the effective date of such termination, which may be immediate.
