Termination by the Developer. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Developer may determine to abandon the Application. Upon written notice of abandonment by the Developer, this Funding Agreement shall terminate and the City may terminate any other agreement between the parties. Upon such termination, the Deposit and any Additional Funds shall be disbursed as set forth in paragraph C of this Section.
