Termination by the Company Without Cause not in Connection With a Change in Control. (a) The Company shall have the right to terminate Employee’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Section 6.1 at any time without “Cause” (as defined in Section 6.2(a) below) by giving notice as described in Section 6.7 of this Agreement. A termination pursuant to Section 6.6 below is not a termination without “Cause” for purposes of receiving the benefits described in this Section 6.1.
