Common use of Termination by School Council Clause in Contracts

Termination by School Council. The School Council may for any reason and in its absolute discretion terminate this Agreement by giving the Hirer reasonable written Notice. If the Hirer has paid a Hire Fee (whether in part or in full), then the School Council will refund to the Hirer any unused part of the Hire Fee paid by the Hirer and the Hirer will not be entitled to any other payment and/or compensation for the School Council’s termination under this clause.
