Termination by PMSI Clause Samples

Termination by PMSI. PMSI shall have the right, in addition and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies, to terminate this Agreement: (i) upon the termination of the Joint Venture Agreement for any reason, unless otherwise mutually agreed between PMSI and Teijin where all the shares of the Company are acquired by either Teijin or PMSI pursuant to Section 12 of the Joint Venture Agreement; or (ii) upon written notice at any time for breach of Section 9 hereof (Proprietary Rights).
