Termination by Morphic Sample Clauses

Termination by Morphic. Subject to Section 14.3.2 (Disputed Breach), on a Research Program-by-Research Program basis Morphic may terminate this Agreement with respect to a Research Program upon delivery of written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the event of any material breach of this Agreement by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with respect to such Research Program, provided that such termination will not be effective if such breach has been cured within [***] after written notice thereof is given by Morphic to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ specifying the nature of the alleged breach (or, if such default cannot be cured within such first [***] period, such termination will not be effective if such breach has been cured within [***] after such notice if ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ commences actions to cure such default within such [***] period and thereafter diligently continues such actions).
