Termination by Mannatech. Mannatech will have just cause to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Wellness or to refuse to renew this Agreement, without judicial or administrative notice or resolution, upon the occurrence of any termination event specified below or elsewhere in this Agreement:
Termination by Mannatech. Provided Mannatech is not in breach of this Agreement, Mannatech may terminate this Agreement by written notice to Lactoferrin at least sixty days before the then-scheduled end of a term (but no more than 120 days before that date).
