Termination by LKS. In the event of a material breach by RBS of any of RBS's obligations and covenants, if such breach is not cured within ************** after written notice is given by LKS to RBS specifying the breach, LKS may terminate this Agreement upon the expiration of such *********** period and the provisions of Section 13.8 shall apply.
