Termination by KKC Sample Clauses

Termination by KKC. If the Adolescent Study Report and COVID Study Report are not provided to KKC within (***) for reasons other than reasons that are outside of Aevi’s control, then KKC will have the right to terminate this Agreement effective immediately upon written notice to Aevi. KKC may also terminate this Agreement effective immediately upon written notice to Aevi as set forth in Section 8.6.2.
