Common use of Termination as to SNET Clause in Contracts

Termination as to SNET. Notwithstanding anything in the Amendment, the LWC shall terminate in its entirety as to SNET and the state of Connecticut, it being understood that nothing herein shall relieve any Party of any liability with respect to obligations incurred or actions taken prior to the effective date of this Amendment. Consistent with this section, the term “AT&T-22STATE” shall no longer include SNET or any AT&T entity within the state of Connecticut.
