Terminable at Will. This Agreement is terminable at the will and in the discretion of the Owner, with or without cause. In the event of such a termination, Owner’s only liability will be to compensate the Design Professional for the services and reimbursable expenses rendered to the date of the termination and, in such circumstance, the Owner will have no liability for any lost compensation, profits, or income to the Design Professional, or any other liability.
