Common use of Term, Termination and Modification Clause in Contracts

Term, Termination and Modification. This Addendum shall become effective as of the date first written above (the “Start Date”) and shall continue thereafter until the termination of the Agreement unless earlier terminated by a party by providing not less than sixty (60) days’ written notice to the other party. This Addendum cannot be modified except by a written agreement signed by both parties.
